Issue filters do not show the same results as in Jira Cloud

To Reproduce
Unknown. I have issues that I am unable to see in atlascode even when the filter is simply: "assignee = currentUser()"

Expected behavior
I expect to see all the issues that are assigned to me.

This has been occurring for quite a while (years?), I am just getting around to making an issue because of my inability to reproduce.

Thanks for raising this! Without looking at this deeply, I suspect the difference is that VSCode is not picking up some of the older tickets. I say this because I'm aware that we inject timestamp constraints into the JQLs that our extension creates on your behalf.
