Pull Requests Explorer is not visible

Describe the bug
Authenticating Jira works fine and results in Jira Issues being visible in the extension sidebar.

However, after successfully authenticating BitBucket (Success page visible in the browser and auth entry added in the extension settings), it is not visible or available in the extension sidebar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install extension
2. In extension settings, click LOGIN TO BITBUCKET CLOUD and/or ADD CUSTOM BITBUCKET SITE and authenticate
3. Return to VS Code -> an entry should be added to the Bitbucket Authentication section
4. Reload/restart VS Code -> issue still persists

Expected behavior
The BitBucket section should be visible in the extension sidebar.
