old chalk 2 using __proto__ is installed by babel/code-frame

Hi,

this is problematic, because some node/deno users disable proto.

However babel/babel#13728 babel 7 supports node 6, and won't update its chalk dependency.
Best solution would be to use another lib for codeFrameColumns.
