exec "chrome --version" wait and no response. #39
Description
In my case, I use vue and vue-cli as 4.0.0 version.
When exec "vue-cli-service build" to build, vue-cli will check chrome version with "chrome --version", so build process will wait and timeout.
expect： chrome --version log the version and not wait.
