crash jira page when i choose the status of ticket

When I create an issue in a Jira ticket, I want to update the ticket's status from "To Do" to "In Progress" during the creation process. However, the site crashes at that moment. Upon reloading, I can create the ticket, but I can only change its status after opening the issue later. But whenever I try to change the status during creation, it crashes repeatedly. I feel very disappointed because it crashes again and again whenever I try to do this.
