Description
As an applicant I want to receive both in-app and email notifications when an action has been taken on my application. This action could be anything but the critical ones are:
- New replies on tickets I have created (refer to Applicant ticket #215 for ticket implementation)
- Adding a score for my technical test
- Adding a score for my interview test
- Being accepted or rejected from the application cycle
