Not all agencies do this, both GCT and GRTA do not allow loading fare on the bus. It would be good to note that someplace.
It would also be good to include someplace something about our potential overcharge issue. I attached what we posted to our customers. Since it is such a hot topic I need to make sure that information is covered anyplace it can be covered.
