[Feature] Improving accessibility and findability

The accessibility and findability of this GIS plug-in could IMHO be improved.

I am not yet as familiar with Apache Hop, as I am e.g. with QGIS plug-ins, and am still trying to figure out how easy it is to install and publish plug-ins.

Could'nt this plugin be published as an “external plugin” on the Apache Hop homepage? See the pages https://hop.apache.org/manual/2.10.0/plugins/external-plugins.html and https://github.com/project-hop/hop-plugins/ for more information.

For installation, I suggest first referring to the usual plugin installation approach with a local Zip file (instead of building it) in README.md so that installation is as easy as possible for non-technical users using e.g. Windows. The recent Zip file seems to be available under “Releases” https://github.com/atolcd/hop-gis-plugins/releases and Windows seems to have curl installed rather than wget. Also where where '{HOP-HOME}' is needs to be explained.

If the feature request is approved, would you be willing to submit a PR?

You're right, the visibility of these plugins could be improved. Perhaps a reference in the Apache Hop documentation? I can't find it anymore, as was the case with version 2.10.0. Perhaps check with some main core developers (@bamaer , @mattcasters ?).

Regarding the installation, I completely agree with you; the simpler and more straightforward the procedure, the easier it will be.

And by the way: When clicking on the "(?) Help" button in a GIS plugin (like GIS File output), this link of the standard Hop manual page is being opened, where I can't find any documentation of the GIS plugins: Is this intended?
