Compilation with jdk higher than 17

Hi,

I'm using as OS Windows 11 and for Java the jdk24 and maven3.9.10. I have installed the plugin on ./hop/plugins/hop-gis-plugins
When I compile the plugin with maven I have a message of error but no message on how to fix it. Any solution?

Hello @yohann1c ,
This is normal because the plugins are compatible with JDK 17, as indicated in the project's README.

I just tested it and I can confirm that the compilation doesn't work with the two active LTS versions, Java 21 and 25.
This is something that needs to be addressed.

Thanks @cvagner for the answer. I assumed it was java 17 or higher.
