Should Be Prompted When Committing Unsaved File

While it rarely, if ever, happened when using git in the command line, I've found myself staging and committing a file while its tab was in an unsaved state, resulting in changes that were missed.

An improved user experience would be to prompt the user if a file they're staging or checking in has unsaved changes. Might be a good addition to the GitHub tool 👍  😄
