Feature Request: autocomplete issue reference in commit message

Request

In Commit message field include the same functionality and UI for referencing issues seen on both GitHub Desktop app and github.com (i.e. .suggestor).

Rationale

We constantly refer to issues in Atom's commit messages field, but are always looking up the issue number. Enabling this UI in Atom's GitHub package would be awesome.

hi @francisrupert. This is a really excellent suggestion. We have some improvements planned for the GitHub integration, and this fits in with our goals so we'll try to get it on the roadmap.
