[Feature]: Plotting sensor stats via UDP/TCP as opposed to direct UART

Problem to solve

Many of our test devices are in remote locations, hence no direct UART connection.

All we need is the ability to log sensor settings from multiple devices via internet to central web console.

Proposed solution

It would help if the APP could be addressed via UDP or TCP, exact same functionality, same data format, just different medium.

I was hoping for some comment, supporting or otherwise, on this request, so the silence leaves me a bit worried.

Am I missing something, is this impossible, or already possible and I am just not seeing it?

Or is it just that no-one else has the same need?

All feedback appreciated, just so I can get some perspective.

PS: I am very happy to help test it, just have not experience in JS or TS or similar...

Browsers do not allow JS to make raw TCP or UDP connections, so it would have to be done over HTTP. Luckily, HTTP is very simple, so you would only need to add a short bit of text to the beginning of streaming TCP response from the microcontroller.

I intend on implementing this soon.
