[TECHDEBT] Remove `@acme/db` references from `@acme/web`, infer types from the `api` package instead

We should use the API as an anti-corruption layer to abstract our client apps from the DB. This will prevent soft schema changes from affecting our clients and make maintainability and DX overall faster.
