None from my end as well. But on the other hand, I have no plans past next week.

I don't have any stake in either of these issues right now, #31 may be needed at some point but not within the forseeable future.

As for #32, I think it's a small enough feature that if a new contributor wants a task to get their feet wet with something it may be a good place to start. It doesn't really matter if they build it on top of my code or begin fresh, it's simple enough to follow the established pattern. I'll push a PR from my fork if I end up needing it and fixing it up.
