Fedora plans to reclassify the CC0 license such that it would no longer be allowed for code. The CC0 license is very similar to MIT or ISC licenses and either might be a suitable substitute. Similarly the Apache license might be suitable.

It looks like https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/perl-Module-Signature/perl-Module-Signature/ is still around — @djzort do you have an ETA on when it will be delisted without a license change?
