Documentation gets better!

With #409 , the Doxygen pipeline would check docs for errors and consistency. Thanks to the feature, we've fixed 400+ documentation-related issues!

• misspells
• undocumented parameters
• dangling links
• broken images

Also, there're small improvements and design changes to the documentation.
