More example configurations

Given how customizable and how many configuration options there are for this card it would be nice if the readme included a few more complete configuration examples than just none of the options or all of the options.

For instance if I wanted my card to look like the example image at the top of the readme: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/aukedejong/ha-windrose-card/main/example/windrose-example-bottom.png?raw=true

What options are being used in that screenshot?

I can add some configuration options.
Good idea.
Maybe in a separate file.

I also thought about opening a community forum thread, where people can post there configuration and screen capture.

Just to inspire people. Some also use this card for solar winds for example.

Later the I wanted, but I added an EXAMPLES.md, with a few examples.
It's work in progress.
