Add arcs for sites for wind sports

Love this card! I use it for paragliding forecasting - for us the wind direction is very important; the wind must be in a certain direction to fly a given site. If would be very useful to have these marked as named arcs on the card. I'd imagine this would be similar for other users; e.g sailing (offshore wind etc?)

I had a hack at the card and came up with this but not very robust or beautiful but at least shows what I mean. The yellow arcs are sites near where I live - if the wind is in that arc and an appropriate strength that site is flyable.

I think I saw this feature request before. I'm not sure, can't find it in the list of open requests.

The problem is time, I don't much time to work in this card.

Maybe a specific background image could add the information to the graph.
