Plotting when using time step aggregation #50
Description
Time series and diurnal plots are not produced correctly when using aggregation. Other plots should probably also be checked.
Diurnal cycle:
These plots should not be produced when using aggregate=24 (i.e. outputting daily data).
Time series:
The bar showing gapfilled periods is not produced correctly as the QC flags are set differently when using aggregation.
