Error in x[[i]] <- value :attempt to select less than one element in OneIndex

I used the same code to handle it, and most sites were able to handle it successfully, but some of them went wrong.
What went wrong?
Has anyone ever had the same problem?

Could you run R with options(error=recover) to work which line the error occurs on? If you are not familiar with the setting, I suggest googling R debugging. Which site from which Fluxnet release is failing with the error?

Many sites in FLUXNET2015, this does not seem to be a special case.
For example, at AT-Neu, Au-Das, AU-GWW,etc.
I noticed that part of the reason for the error may be related to the input FLUXNET file.But I haven't solved it yet.

I hope to get the complete time NC data of met variables of all sites.
