Gnome 45.1 background blur not applied on main display when 144 Hz refresh rate

I've stumbled upon a weird bug. Whenever I set my main display to 144 Hz refresh rate, my wallpaper background blur doesn't seem to be there. Issue seems to fix itself when display is set to anything below 144 Hz.
