Flatpak mouse pointer problem

Flatpak version modifies the system mouse pointer and its size when its over the app window.
Deb version stays perfect, but manually updating is not the best scenario.
Please ensure flatpak version respects system theme preferences.

I've noticed this! It only appears when using Wayland. Using Gnome, it is normal. Perhaps upgrading Electron will fix it (if that's possible?).

Electron was updated from 38.x (used by upstream official app) to 40.x on 7.1.100.
