Remove support for CSS preprocessors

We currently have scss added in the CLI, but we spoke about a year ago removing preprocessor support. This is a personal preference and easy for end user to add if they need it. This would reduce a step in our CLI too, as the end-user doesn't have to select the style of CSS they're writing.

We will document this in our docs for those wanting to work with Bootstrap. Most of the v2 apps I've been involved with the last couple of years have been using Tailwind over Bootstrap.

I don't think removing scss based on limited personal preference is a good idea.
Scss is still very popular.

Adding Tailwind is fine, but for removing scss, I suggest you to conduct a survey (on discourse or discord?).

Makes sense. To remain consistent though, should Tailwind, Storybook, and other options also be removed and added to the documentation to keep the scaffolding tool as lean as possible?
