Graduated Filter - control line gets initiated out of view and jumps on repositioning #600
Description
When resetting the graduated filter the line to position the center of the filter is drawn far off to the bottom right of the central view. It can be redrawn by right click and drag. However trying to reposition it, results in the line getting redrawn at a different place.
