Change Tree(DendroNode/MethodInfo/DendroElt) to simple Node

Nodes used in DendroGenerator with (DendroNode as Node /MethodInfo as Leaf /DendroElt as Superclass of the two ) could be substituted as simple Node to simplify code and avoid repetition.
