Render if resource is available in ecocloud explorer UI #81

Description

@jyucsiro

In the upcoming KN v2.1 release, it has active resource checking enabled. This checks to see if the resource for a dataset is accessible.

This info is available when the dataset is queried via the registry directly, e.g.
https://staging.knowledgenet.co/api/v0/registry/records/ds-nsw-7df65ee1-f2e4-4f45-8c38-d9929ac78475?aspect=dcat-dataset-strings&optionalAspect=dcat-distribution-strings&optionalAspect=dataset-distributions&optionalAspect=temporal-coverage&dereference=true&optionalAspect=dataset-publisher&optionalAspect=source&optionalAspect=link-status&optionalAspect=dataset-quality-rating&optionalAspect=dataset-linked-data-rating

See the source-link-status field in dataset-distributions/distributions.

Suggest rendering this info in the ecocloud explorer UI to indicate to users that the resource is available (or not).
