README: drop EMLX deadlock and EXLA references
Remove the "Why" paragraph's pointer to elixir-nx/emlx#88 and the follow-up mention in the architecture section; the design stands on its own without the comparison. Also drop the "(or EXLA)" aside in the testing section — conformance oracles are HuggingFace Transformers in practice.
