Handle missing data points #12
Description
In the discrete formulation of MENT, it is not a problem if some data points are missing (i.e. if there are missing pixels in a measured image). These points are simply not assigned a Lagrange multiplier. However, the current package assumes all points on the measurement grid have a measured density.
