[help wanted] react-intl updated API

I was following your tutorial at your How to Setup Internationalization Medium post and I find it very helpful. But recently, react-intl changed how the way they do things and I can't seem to grasp the docs, and keep stumbling on errors.

I was hoping if you can update this code on how to use react-intl v3?
