Add Support for Self Service Profiles

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Are there any plans to add support for the new Self Service Profiles endpoints? I'm willing to take a crack at it if no else has started working on it yet

The library should include methods for all current endpoints related to Self Service Profiles:

Alternatives and current workarounds

Interact with the REST API directly without using this library

At this point, we don't have any plans to add support for Self Service Profiles.
Having said that, I'll be more than happy to assist you through-out the PR development.
