include required 'grpc.WithTransportCredentials(insecure.NewCredentials())' in the utils?

Coming from https://github.com/authzed/docs/issues/77 and wonder if there would be a nice way to include
```go
grpc.WithTransportCredentials(insecure.NewCredentials()),
```
to satisfy the value of grpcutils goal of avoiding boilerplate :)
