Add optional Sentry instrumentation for the Playground

For our own deployed instances of the playground, it would be helpful to have Sentry enabled as a feedback mechanism. We'd be able to instrument not only the JS parts but the WASM parts: https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/javascript/guides/wasm/

It'd be worth checking and making sure that this doesn't carry a big performance penalty.
