`IMPORT_EXPORT_CELERY_INIT_MODULE` not set in example?

I was following the example to troubleshoot my implementation and I noticed IMPORT_EXPORT_CELERY_INIT_MODULE doesn't appear to be set in the example/ though it's specifically called out in the setup instructions.

I don't know what this setting does so I have no idea, I just know it's one of only 4 setup steps in the Basic Installation instructions but it is not reflected in the example so that's a bit confusing!
