Have qui added to Prowlarr as an app so trackers can be synced automatically

It would be nice if i could use the existing workflow of prowlarr to have trackers for cross-seed synced to qui (i.e all trackers, using tags, etc)

This would require compatible api endpoint in qui and having the app added to prowlarr
