Autofix is sometimes not applied

Autofix is sometimes not applied, even though the log shows “Error: ✅ Autofix task started.” I also couldn’t find in the log why the autofix wasn’t applied.

Running it multiple times under exactly the same conditions sometimes succeeds and sometimes fails.
