1. Wouldn't it be helpful to customize this information? Contributors might not know why an error is occurring, leading to their PR being mistakenly attributed to an error. If I could describe the CI error in their own words, they would be more likely to ignore it.

2. I think it would be much clearer. Ideally, it should be displayed on the main CI page.
