Be consistent with package name

Currently this repository is called "spanreed", but the Rust crate is named `automerge_repo`. We should choose one.

Whilst I really like the name "spanreed", I think we should probably switch to `automerge_repo`. That way it's clear that this plays an analogous role to  `automerge-repo` in Javascipt
