AdobeReader.pkg.recipe breaks package with Ventura #467

Describe the problem
When AdobeReader.pkg.recipe does the modification of the package, it breaks signing. This results in a package that prompts "Installer" would like to modify apps on your mac. If user doesn't approve, the install errors out and the installed App is broken.
Expected behavior
Need to no longer replace the pre-install script with AdobeReader/AdobeReaderRepackager.py, and likely instead just use the standard PkgCreator. Or, notify autopkg admins that signing is required.

Broken in macOS 13.x, works properly in 12.x and below. Expect this is because of new PPPC/SIP guardrails introduced in macOS 13.
