Patch update

Since the 3.2 realease I have released a patch to improve the Generate Launcher options. These seem to work well on Windows and Linux - you should now see the new launcher icon, instead of a cog. I haven't gotten around to testing MacOS yet. I have a new Mac, but it's not yet set up.
