Notice

Licensed Work is provided under this Business Source License 1.1 (the "License").
By using, distributing, or contributing to the Licensed Work, you agree to the
terms of this License.

If you do not accept the terms of this License, do not use, distribute, or
contribute to the Licensed Work.

1. Definitions

"Additional Use Grant" means a grant of rights to use the Licensed Work as
described in the Parameters section of this License.

"Change Date" means the date specified in the Parameters section of this
License, after which the Licensed Work is made available under the Change
License.

"Change License" means the license specified in the Parameters section of this
License, under which the Licensed Work will be made available after the
Change Date.

"Contributor" means any person or entity that creates or contributes to the
modification of the Licensed Work.

"Derivative Works" means any work that is based upon the Licensed Work and
for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other
modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship.

"Licensor" means the entity that makes the Licensed Work available under this
License.

"License" means this Business Source License 1.1.

"Person" means any individual or entity.

"You" (or "Your") means an individual or entity exercising rights under this
License.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this License, the Licensor grants You a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free license to:

a) Use the Licensed Work internally or for Your own commercial purposes.

b) Modify the Licensed Work for Your own purposes.

c) Distribute copies of the Licensed Work.

d) Distribute Derivative Works of the Licensed Work.

e) Use the Licensed Work as part of a service or product that is not in
   competition with the Licensor's products or services.

f) Sublicense the rights granted under this License to third parties, provided
   that such sublicense is consistent with the terms of this License.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

a) Use the Licensed Work to provide a product or service that competes with
   the Licensor's products or services without a separate commercial license.

b) Remove or alter any license notices in the Licensed Work.

c) Use the Licensor's trademarks or trade names in a way that suggests
   endorsement.

4. Non-Competing Use

If You are not using the Licensed Work to compete with avasis-ai's products or
services (including but not limited to RAG pipeline products, data ingestion
services, or AI infrastructure services), You may exercise all rights under
this License as if it were the Apache License 2.0. This grant is subject to
You not engaging in competitive use of the Licensed Work.

5. Change of License

On and after the Change Date, the Licensed Work will be made available under
the Change License, and this License will terminate.

6. Termination

This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically
upon any breach by You of the terms of this License. Upon termination, You
must cease all use, modification, and distribution of the Licensed Work.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
LICENSOR OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF,
OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED WORK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE
LICENSED WORK.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE,
DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY
OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THE LICENSED
WORK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
