[Feat]: Make cursor pointer on hovering the arrows

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I hovered over the next and previous arrows on the scripts page the cursor not changed to pointer which confused me whether it is clickable or not which is not good for User Experience, I want to fix this by changing cursor to pointer on hover.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I will change the styling of hover state.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

THis is the only solution.
