DISPLAY_NAME rule is not flagging violations

Description: I just added a set-payload connector in file: sample-mule-project/src/main/mule/sample-mule-flow.xml with default name like "set-payload value="#[payload]" doc:name="Set Payload"" and execute command "mvn clean verify" but it did not reported any issue for naming convention, other issues were reported successfully like jenkins file does not exists, etc.

Expected Result:
A DISPLAY_NAME rule violation should be raised, indicating that the display name "Set Payload" is being used as DISPLAY_NAME rule is listed in rules config file muleLinter.groovy.

Actual Result:
No issues were reported by the linter.

Mule Runtime: 4.9.0
Mule Maven plugin: 4.3.0
Mule-linter-maven-plugin: 1.2.0
Mulesoft project: sample-mule-project (https://github.com/avioconsulting/mule-linter/tree/main/sample-mule-project)
