Toggle off filters and search for has_many associations

You may not want to allow the users to search or filter records on the has_many, but leave the search on the Index view.

1. Add a features option on the has_many that is a hash
2. The hash should take filters: Boolean, dynamic_filters: Boolean or search: Boolean options
3. Those options should toggle on/off those features on has many
