More concise errors reporting for local developer errors

Depends on #2310

We should have all the context we need to provide better feedback to users about why things go wrong.

1. When a resource couldn't be found we should know that Avo searched for a resource and that it failed. We should respond with the appropriate message. Some work around that was made in Feature/better error for missing resource #2062
