Resetting the Dynamic Filter reloads unrelated tables and resets their state

Describe the bug

When resetting the Dynamic Filter, the state of all tables is reset, including those that are not related to the current filter. This causes unrelated tables to reload unnecessarily.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://avodemo.com/avo/resources/teams/4
2. Click on Active tab on Team members
3. Click ID twice to sorting asc
4. Filtering with Dynamic Filter
5. Click Reset
6. See error

• Low urgency (It can wait. I just wanted you to know about it.)

This should be fixed by including the turbo frame on the reset button data
