Redirect from UI to code editor

Context

This is just a draft idea, but it would be nice to have a button or some kind of trigger (maybe a button) on the resource, actions, dashboards, etc., page in the browser. When activated, it would redirect the developer to the relevant file in Cursor.

We should give the user the chance to edit this link. Also maybe show a few common options (code, cursor, rubymine)?
