Fix E2E counter spec for CollapsibleTagsInput

The skipped spec in packages/better-react-tagsinput/test/e2e/collapsible-tagsinput.spec.js fails.

It's spec named should update count when tags are added. This one occurs randomly, sometimes it passes in CI and sometimes not. It's possible it's some kind of timing issue.

While running the test for several times in CI, I found that the following three tests are failing randomly.

• CollapsibleTagsinput › counter › multiple tags › should update count when tags are added and input is on multiple lines
• TagsInput › selection › should select the whole text and tag nodes using mouse drag
• TagsInput › selection › should select the whole text using mouse

For details, here is the link to the build demonstrating the fail in 1st and 2nd, and the 3rd aforementioned scenarios.

For example, the scenario TagsInput › selection › should select the whole text using mouse is failing because the problem is with the click(). If the delay between 3 clicks is too much then the text abcd entered by the line await page.type('.tagsinput', 'abcd') is not selected, thus the result is anchorOffset=4 and focusOffset=0 which is just opposite to expected result.

IMO, all those scenarios are failing due to timing issues. And it might be helpful if some retry strategy is defined for the failing tests.
