asmdemo.c: 404 File not found

Parts of the online docu are missing. To reporduce:

• Scroll down to The source code
• Click asmdemo.c or one of the other files

As is seems this is fallout from the savannah → github migration. configure.ac has:

And then in doc/example/Makefile.am the demo files are installed by hand:

Outcome is that $prefix/share/doc/avr-libc-2.2.0git looks like:

avr-libc-user-manual-2.3.0git/
examples/

i.e. example/ is out-of-tree.

One more problem is that the demo files are not copied to $builddir, so it is not possible to test the generated docs locally (without installing them). Would be great when make would copy them to $builddir/doc/api/avr-libc-user-manual-2.3.0git/examples (though the current dox expects them in $builddir/doc/api/examples).
