Can not see the video signal (black screen) with HyperHDR v.21 and ZIGGO Next Box

when set my google chromecast 4k to input HDMI of my capturecard 4k dchp 2.2 everything works fine.
when change this to my TV provider Ziggo, the Ziggo next box, a black screen seen on my tv.
anyone has a idea how this happen?

You should provide much more details about your setup: it's unclear to me which exactly devices you use and how it's connected.

and if you meant hdcp then it's a fake, no modern grabber would allow to capture protected HDMI signal. This can be a cause or there is a problem with your grabber EDID handshake.
