After installing the application, it hangs in the task manager without moving. What are the possible solutions for this, and could it be due to MS components (different versions, the application requires an older version)?

After installation, I finally figured it out and went to the website, but now sometimes after connecting, the feed works for a couple of minutes and then turns off, freezing the PC for a couple of seconds. What could be the problem?!

Using a controller with a junk speed rating can cause these and many other problems. But people buy such junk and expect miracles.

I think it's because of the disgusting controller, I should return it to the seller, advise what I should buy?!

I see two problems with what you’re using:

1. They chose the slowest possible Arduino (slower than the typical one by about 4×, and around 8× slower compared to the maximum-performance models). Because of that, you need to set smoothing to the lowest possible value and use the lowest refresh rate.

2. From what I can see, the entire LED setup is being powered from the same USB port that is used for communication, and the stated power requirements exceed the USB port’s specifications. The Chinese engineers probably assumed that the “stolen” extra current would simply be pulled from the remaining ports, and that it would somehow work anyway. Of course, the fact that someone might be using those other ports, or that the SoC/system might have a weaker controller or overall power delivery, didn’t concern them. Their goal was to make it cheap and sell it, not to make it stable. If you have a USB meter, you can check how much current the entire set draws during displaying various static colors and then take some steps, e.g. add an independent hub with its own powerful power supply (meaning the manufacturer of this thing then passed the costs on to you).
